Veg or Non-Veg?

Being a vegetarian is absolutely fine for health, if you can find enough alternatives for, obtaining sufficient cholesterols, minerals, vitamin B12, and omega 3 fatty acids. But being an anti non-vegetarian is a 'crime'.

Shortage of nutritious food is one of the major global issues. Children of many underdeveloped countries die due to malnutrition everyday. Imagine, what will happen if all the non vegetarians and mixed eaters turn to vegetarian diet only..! Who will make the required amount of food materials in this era of treating agriculture as a low dignity profession?

Eat both vegetarian and non vegetarian food, be healthy and save the world from hunger deaths!
